Why we process it

To respond to your booking request, confirm your appointment and location are within our coverage area, and — if we work together — to schedule and carry out the detailing service. Legal basis: your consent (submitting the form) and the need to prepare or perform a contract.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by our form backend (Web3Forms) and hosted by our website host (Cloudflare Pages). Neither uses your data for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep booking-request data only as long as needed for the appointment and any related correspondence, then delete it — unless the law requires a longer retention period (e.g. accounting records).
